Portal Terms of Use
The MRI Academy Portal is a private system for authorized students, Academy personnel, and partner-school Program Liaisons.
Use only the account and email address assigned to you. Do not share access, attempt to view records outside your role, or use another person’s authenticated session.
Permitted use
The portal may be used for attendance, clinical-hour tracking, scheduling, training administration, school oversight, corrections, approvals, and related educational operations.
Accuracy of records
Students are responsible for using check-in and check-out functions accurately. A clocked session does not automatically become approved clinical time. Academy staff determine official approved clinical hours and may review, correct, reject, or request clarification for attendance records.
Program Liaison access
Program Liaison access is read-only unless The MRI Academy expressly enables another function. Liaisons may use information only for legitimate educational oversight of students affiliated with their institution and may not attempt to access another school’s records.
Confidentiality
Users must safeguard information viewed through the portal and follow applicable school, workplace, contractual, and legal privacy requirements. Do not enter patient-identifying information into the Academy Portal.
Account suspension
The MRI Academy may suspend or revoke access when a user no longer requires it, leaves an affiliated organization, misuses the portal, or creates a security or confidentiality concern.
System availability and changes
The Academy may update portal features, workflows, security controls, or these terms as the training program develops. Planned or unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect access.
